Teaching plant identification at the Colorado State Mountain Campus

Teaching & Engagement

I find teaching and the sharing of knowledge as one of the most rewarding experiences of working in this field. Be it at a field course in Colorado, a community center in Alaska, an university GIS lab, or podcast, every setting provides the opportunity to create a positive conservation impact. My experiences include co-teaching undergraduate courses, developing ecological presentations for volunteer organizations, and as a teaching assistant for multiple in-class and field courses.
